Accessibility

We want anybody to be able to look at our rooms, see a real price and book one, without having to ring us first. This page says what we have done about that, what we know is not right yet, and how to reach a person if any of it gets in your way.

If anything here stops you, ring us

A real person answers. We will take your booking over the phone, at the same price you would get on this website — booking with us directly is never more expensive because you had to call.

Our accessible rooms

We have one accessible room. Each room page lists exactly what is in it — the shower, the grab bars, the doorway width, the bed height — so you can decide for yourself rather than take our word for it.

When you tick “I need an accessible room” we hold that exact room for you. It is not a note we might get to — the room is taken out of the system the moment you book, and nobody else can be given it. It costs the same as any other room of that kind.

What we have done here

We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA. We do not claim to have got everything right — nobody who has done this honestly does — but here is what is deliberate:

What we know is not right yet

Saying this plainly is the point of having the page at all.

Tell us what went wrong

If something on this website stopped you, we would genuinely rather know. It goes straight to the front desk. You do not have to leave your name or any way of reaching you — though if you do, we will get back to you.

This site was last checked on 16 September 2026. If you would rather write to us, our address and email are at the bottom of every page.
