The rules, in plain words
No fine print. If something here isn't clear, ring us and a person will explain it.
Cancelling
Cancel free until 1 PM the day before you arrive. After that, the whole stay is charged.
If you don't arrive and haven't cancelled, the first night is charged.
A deposit when you arrive
We take a refundable $100 security deposit at the front desk when you check in. It is never charged online, and nothing is charged for it when you book.
You get it back when you check out, as long as the room is left as you found it.
Arriving and leaving
Check in from 4:30 PM.
Check out by 11 AM.
Arriving early? $20 to $55, depending on the time when a room is ready — ask us on the day and we'll tell you straight away.
Staying later
Late check-out is $35 to $80, depending on the time, when we have the room free.
Ask the night before and we'll let you know.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome — $45 per pet, per night.
Please don't leave them alone in the room, and keep them on a lead around the property.
Paying
Booking online charges your card for the whole stay, tax included. There's nothing to settle when you arrive.
We take all the usual cards. Your card details go straight to our payment provider — we never see them.
Who can stay
You need to be 21 or over to check in on your own.
Children are welcome.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Anything else
If you're arriving later than 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
