What we do with your details
Short version: we keep what we need to give you a room, we don't sell it to anybody, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we keep
Your name, email and phone number, so we can hold the room and tell you it's booked. Your address and car if you give them, because the law asks us to keep a register and because we'd rather not tow your car.
If you photograph your licence to check in early, we keep that photo to confirm you are you. Nobody but the front desk ever sees it.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless you booked through Booking.com or Expedia — in which case they already have your details, because you gave them to them.
We use Innkeep to run the motel, so it sits on their system on our behalf. They don't sell it and they don't market to you. We don't sell it either, to anyone, ever.
Offers, and stopping them
We only email or text you offers if you ticked the box saying we could. It's never required to book a room and it never changes the price.
Every offer has a link at the bottom that stops them — one click, no signing in. You'll still get a confirmation when you book, because that's your booking, not an offer.
How long we keep it
Your booking history stays on our books, because our accounts have to. Licence photos are kept only as long as we need them to check you in.
Asking us to delete it
Ring us or ask at the desk and we'll do it. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold. We don't charge for either and we won't ask why.
Some things we have to keep — a paid invoice is a tax record — but we'll tell you exactly what and why.
Cookies
One, and only if you sign in: it remembers that it's you, so you don't have to type a code every time. Nothing tracks you across other websites and there are no advertising cookies.
